I have been a loyal customer of Quantum Studios Ajman International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered tool (order #ORD-1322-XNC-9980) on April 21, 1999, and have encountered was promised features that don't exist. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

It's now been 14 days since my initial complaint, and Quantum Studios Ajman International still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their premium account.
