Frustrated with Nano Applications's lack of response

On June 30, 1982, I signed up for Nano Applications's consultation at their Jalontown, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $33.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Claude H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
