Defense Team of Ethical failed to honor their commitment

On June 23, 2020, I signed up for Defense Team of Ethical's customer support at their Satterfieldfurt, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $580.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emerson X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
