On June 23, 2020, I signed up for Defense Team of Ethical's customer support at their Satterfieldfurt, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $580.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Emerson X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

After speaking with Barbara Martin from the Support Operations at Defense Team of Ethical, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
