I am writing regarding order #ORD-8807-MQA-3187 placed with Superior Abode International Corp. on January 13, 2022. I paid $485.65 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Angus M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
