I want to report a serious concern with WareMicro's device that I purchased on February 27, 2019 from your New Mabelborough, South Carolina store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Reina E., but my issue remains unresolved.
