Frustrated with WareMicro's lack of response

I have been a loyal customer of WareMicro for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-9716-BFD-3058) on April 25, 2004, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
