On September 19, 2008, I signed up for Knowledge Campus of Advancement's maintenance program at their Ryanborough, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $451.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Theresa Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
