I am writing regarding order #ORD-4096-NYC-7797 placed with Knowledge Campus of Advancement on December 9, 1996. I paid $253.90 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Gwen R. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
