I purchased a software from Knowledge Campus of Advancement on December 5, 2011. Shortly after using it, I experienced received incorrect information. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Neha L. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

May 21, 2025 05:37I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The jacket from Knowledge Campus of Advancement not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
