Delayed delivery from Properties & Partners Mérida

I have been a loyal customer of Properties & Partners Mérida for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered subscription (order #ORD-3580-ABF-4672) on December 1, 1994, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 18, 2025 05:23It's now been 7 days since my initial complaint, and Properties & Partners Mérida still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their customer support plan.
