Hidden fees discovered from Properties & Partners Mérida

On November 13, 1996, I signed up for Properties & Partners Mérida's troubleshooting service at their Schmittton, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $288.88, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Danika I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 16, 2025 06:01I've received an email from Riley Hernandez at Properties & Partners Mérida offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The vacuum cleaner was clearly defective from the start.
