I purchased a subscription from Health Medical Foundation on February 6, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nellie Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, Health Medical Foundation contacted me to troubleshoot the television. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
