I purchased a subscription from Health Medical Foundation on February 6, 1990. Shortly after using it, I experienced has poor quality. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Nellie Z. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
