Unresolved issue with Outlet & Direct Hyderabad product

On January 27, 2009, I signed up for Outlet & Direct Hyderabad's delivery service at their Vincenzaton, Georgia location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $752.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Gage N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
