I want to report a serious concern with Outlet & Direct Hyderabad's application that I purchased on August 1, 2012 from your Port Giovanna, Tennessee store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Agnes W., but my issue remains unresolved.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding Outlet & Direct Hyderabad. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the sweater I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
