I want to report a serious concern with Culinary Bistros Las Vegas's unit that I purchased on July 10, 1983 from your Rutherfordhaven, Mississippi store. The product has had my warranty claim denied unfairly despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Dorcas G., but my issue remains unresolved.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Culinary Bistros Las Vegas has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their consultation service.
