Unresolved issue with Abode of Prime product

On April 9, 2021, I signed up for Abode of Prime's support package at their Dorianport, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $750.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Antoinette H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
