Abode of Prime refused to address issue

On December 25, 2006, I signed up for Abode of Prime's maintenance program at their South Sophiechester, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $104.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vicenta S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
