Warranty claim denied by Abode of Prime

On June 11, 1997, I signed up for Abode of Prime's customer support at their New Kirstenfurt, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $111.63, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Vince K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 14, 2025 06:09I've received an email from Sarah Johnson at Abode of Prime offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The kitchen knife set was clearly defective from the start.
