I purchased a accessory from Med Solutions on November 20, 2022. Shortly after using it, I experienced had my warranty claim denied unfairly. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Jett Q. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

I want to acknowledge that Med Solutions has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $460.58 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $460.58 for a wireless speaker that never worked properly.
