On January 26, 1982, I signed up for Estates of Modern's warranty service at their Pagacbury, Rhode Island location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $906.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Hermann I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
