I have been a loyal customer of Estates of Modern for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-8969-VHH-5940) on July 15, 1997, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Patricia Johnson from the Customer Success at Estates of Modern, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
