I have been a loyal customer of Estates of Modern for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-8969-VHH-5940) on July 15, 1997, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
