Poor customer service experience with Horizon Achievement Training Group

On October 2, 1993, I signed up for Horizon Achievement Training Group's consultation at their Lauryfurt, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include account, but after paying $736.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Raymond X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

May 23, 2025 06:02Thank you for your response, but I'm still not satisfied with the resolution offered. The $84.28 refund only covers part of what I paid for the training session, and I've had to spend additional money to fix the issues caused.
