I have been a loyal customer of Horizon Achievement Training Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-5228-RSZ-5795) on July 29, 2004, and have encountered has poor quality. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

May 16, 2025 05:18I've received an email from Linda Moore at Horizon Achievement Training Group offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The winter coat was clearly defective from the start.
