I want to report a serious concern with Horizon Achievement Training Group's account that I purchased on March 27, 1996 from your West Gabrielle, Virginia store. The product has found unauthorized charges despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Margarita D., but my issue remains unresolved.
