I have been a loyal customer of ChoiceDepot Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-9907-YDM-2045) on May 28, 2021, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

After speaking with Karen Davis from the Client Relations at ChoiceDepot Holdings, I was told they would escalate my case, but it's been 5 days with no follow-up. This level of customer service is disappointing.
