I have been a loyal customer of ChoiceDepot Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-9907-YDM-2045) on May 28, 2021, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
