I am writing regarding order #ORD-5204-BIL-8027 placed with The Premium Chef on October 25, 2017. I paid $437.3 for product, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Federico A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I'm adding this comment to provide additional information. The formal shoes from The Premium Chef not only failed to work as advertised but also damaged my other equipment when I tried to use it as directed in the manual.
