On July 1, 1991, I signed up for The Optimal Cure Network Mexico City's maintenance program at their Rauport, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $401.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tia U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

It's now been 6 days since my initial complaint, and The Optimal Cure Network Mexico City still hasn't addressed the core issue. I've received generic responses that don't actually solve my problem with their subscription plan.
