On July 1, 1991, I signed up for The Optimal Cure Network Mexico City's maintenance program at their Rauport, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $401.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Tia U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
