I have been a loyal customer of Harmony Health Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered membership (order #ORD-1093-EPK-1108) on September 27, 2011, and have encountered couldn't access my account. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.

I wanted to update this complaint to mention that a representative from Harmony Health Specialists called me yesterday, but we were disconnected before resolving the issue. I've tried calling back multiple times with no success.
