I am writing regarding order #ORD-1518-AJM-8996 placed with EssentialHealing on March 10, 1993. I paid $704.23 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mozelle N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
