I want to report a serious concern with Integrated Solutions Inc.'s item that I purchased on March 19, 1982 from your Donnyville, Delaware store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Frida Q., but my issue remains unresolved.

Apr 28, 2025 05:45I want to acknowledge that Integrated Solutions Inc. has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $429.90 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $429.90 for a smartwatch that never worked properly.
