I want to report a serious concern with Care Diagnostic Team's service that I purchased on February 26, 2002 from your New Alysson, West Virginia store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Audrey F., but my issue remains unresolved.

Apr 26, 2025 06:08I've received an email from Avery Martin at Care Diagnostic Team offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The router was clearly defective from the start.
