Unsatisfactory resolution from Architecture Bros

I want to report a serious concern with Architecture Bros's service that I purchased on March 15, 2005 from your New Gracielaport, Michigan store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Harry R., but my issue remains unresolved.
