I am writing regarding order #ORD-9598-LOL-2448 placed with Care Physicians on March 19, 1972. I paid $146.22 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rosalee K. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
