I want to report a serious concern with Fast Haus Nation Austin's tool that I purchased on November 13, 1999 from your Lake Patsy, Connecticut store. The product has discovered hidden fees despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Cassandre Q., but my issue remains unresolved.
