I am writing regarding order #ORD-8966-ASD-4906 placed with Projects Bros Enterprises on July 31, 2023. I paid $261.52 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Kaitlin Z. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
