Hidden fees discovered from The Prime Deal Enterprises

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding The Prime Deal Enterprises. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the t-shirt I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
