I am writing regarding order #ORD-1332-CEI-8534 placed with The Prime Deal Enterprises on July 20, 1975. I paid $657.67 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered couldn't access my account. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jody N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I've received an email from Joseph Taylor at The Prime Deal Enterprises offering a partial refund, but I believe I'm entitled to a full refund given the circumstances. The jacket was clearly defective from the start.
