I have been a loyal customer of Select Alliance Corp. for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-7745-EPK-3169) on October 30, 1980, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
