I am writing regarding order #ORD-6175-TOA-9258 placed with Select Alliance Corp. on October 3, 1981. I paid $27.62 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Dariana N. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
