I have been a loyal customer of Web Code LLC for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-8012-IOJ-8707) on May 17, 2000, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
