On December 28, 2008, I signed up for Web Code LLC's troubleshooting service at their Thielside, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $487.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jasmin G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
