I am writing regarding order #ORD-2879-TRU-2702 placed with Complete Network on November 17, 1975. I paid $114.43 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced long delays. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Glenna T. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate ComplaintNest's assistance with this matter. Since filing this complaint, Complete Network has been much more responsive, though we still haven't reached a satisfactory resolution regarding their premium account.
