Unsatisfactory resolution from Complete Network

I have been a loyal customer of Complete Network for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered service (order #ORD-4177-QSB-6922) on October 11, 2008, and have encountered was damaged upon delivery. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
