I want to report a serious concern with MedMedical's service that I purchased on November 7, 1993 from your Laruemouth, Alaska store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Vicente F., but my issue remains unresolved.

Just wanted to follow up on my complaint regarding MedMedical. I haven't heard anything back yet, and the wireless speaker I purchased is still not working correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
