I purchased a tool from MedMedical on September 30, 2008. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Heather R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.

After my initial complaint, MedMedical contacted me to troubleshoot the smartphone. We tried several solutions over the phone, but none fixed the issue. I'm still waiting for a replacement or refund.
