I want to report a serious concern with The Modern Trend's application that I purchased on April 21, 2014 from your Terryfurt, Kansas store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Britney K., but my issue remains unresolved.
