Unsatisfactory resolution from The Modern Trend

I want to report a serious concern with The Modern Trend's product that I purchased on December 27, 2015 from your Omerchester, Maryland store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Orin X., but my issue remains unresolved.

May 13, 2025 05:51I want to acknowledge that The Modern Trend has attempted to resolve this issue. However, the solution they're offering (a $494.54 store credit) isn't adequate considering I paid $494.54 for a athletic shoes that never worked properly.
