On January 24, 1982, I signed up for Advisory Firm, Firm's return process at their West Adan, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $176.9, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, David B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.

An update to my situation: I've now spoken with three different representatives from Advisory Firm, Firm, and each has given me conflicting information about how to resolve the issue with my meal kit. This is extremely frustrating.
