I'm writing to complain about the troubleshooting service I received from Vital Cure. After paying $993.11 for tool, I found that it was damaged upon delivery. I've tried resolving this with your customer service team multiple times, including speaking with Floy X., but have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I'm updating my complaint because Vital Cure finally contacted me today. They've offered to replace the smartwatch, but I've requested a refund instead since I've already purchased a replacement elsewhere.
