I am writing regarding order #ORD-6720-NGQ-5405 placed with Law Offices of Defender on April 6, 2010. I paid $622.72 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Elinore C. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.

I appreciate Law Offices of Defender reaching out, but the solution provided doesn't address my original concern. The replacement specialty coffee has the same defect as the original one I complained about.
